Pre-Order Terms

Made to order. This is a pre-order. Payment is charged in full at checkout. Ordering closes on Sunday, November 8 at 11:59 pm CT. Your piece is poured and sculpted for you; it is not shipped from existing stock.

All sales final. Every DŪFLAMBÉ piece is sculpted by hand and made for you alone, so all sales are final.

Handmade by nature. Each vessel is hand-carved wood and every bloom is sculpted by hand, so wood grain, finish, bloom placement and color will vary. Photos are representative. These variations are the signature of a handmade piece, not a flaw.

Timeline & delivery. Poured and sculpted November 6–8, cured 10–11 days, and shipped November 17 by UPS or FedEx. Estimated delivery is by November 21. Delivery dates are estimates; carrier delays, weather and incorrect addresses are outside our control.

Shipping & protective packaging. Every piece is inspected and carefully packed before it leaves our studio, and risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the carrier. For added peace of mind, our optional Signature Protective Packaging is available at checkout.

Arrival & damage. If your piece arrives damaged in transit, contact support@duflambe.com within 48 hours of delivery, as confirmed by carrier tracking. Please include a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package and shipping label, the opening, and the damage. Still photos alone can't be accepted. Verified claims are resolved at our discretion, by repair, replacement in a future production run, or store credit.

Candle safety. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, drafts and anything flammable. Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface, trim wicks to 1/4 inch before each burn, and stop burning when 1/2 inch of wax remains. The vessel is wood: never let a flame or melt pool reach the vessel walls or base.
