DŪFLAMBÉ products are handcrafted luxury goods. This policy outlines the terms governing order production timelines, preorder fulfillment, shipping methods, fragile product handling, and shipping-related risks.
By placing an order with DŪFLAMBÉ, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Preorder & Limited Release Products
Certain DŪFLAMBÉ products may be released as Preorder collections.
Preorder releases often represent some of the most exclusive and limited offerings produced by DŪFLAMBÉ. These collections may be produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked once the release period has concluded.
Definition of Preorder
For the purposes of this policy, a Preorder refers to a product that is available for purchase prior to the completion of its handcrafted production process.
Products designated as “Preorder” are clearly identified within the product description on the product page at the time of purchase.
By purchasing a product labeled Preorder, customers acknowledge and agree that:
• the product is not immediately available for shipment
• the item must first be completed through the handcrafted production process
• the order will ship according to the production and shipping timeline stated on the product page
The production and shipping dates listed on the product page govern the fulfillment timeline for all preorder items.
Preorder purchases secure a place within the production queue for that specific release.
Because preorder releases are frequently produced as limited or exclusive collections, certain items may not be restocked once the production cycle has been completed.
Luxury Candle Décor Production Timeline
DŪFLAMBÉ luxury candle décor products are handcrafted artisan pieces. Many candle centerpieces and sculptural wax designs are hand-poured, sculpted, and finished by hand rather than mass produced.
For orders that are not designated as preorder items, certain luxury candle décor products may require approximately 10–15 business days for handcrafted production prior to shipment.
Handcrafted candle production includes curing, finishing, and quality inspection processes that require dedicated preparation time before shipment.
Production timelines may vary depending on:
• product complexity
• order volume
• curing and finishing requirements
• seasonal demand
• material availability
Standard Processing Timeline (All Other Products)
Products outside of luxury candle décor and preorder releases are typically processed within approximately 7–10 business days from the order date before shipment.
This timeline may apply to products such as:
• clothing and apparel
• robes and garments
• bath and body products
• fragrances
• accessories
• decorative items
• other ready-to-ship products
Processing timelines may vary during periods of high order volume or seasonal demand.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery Services
DŪFLAMBÉ ships orders using reputable, high-quality delivery carriers selected to ensure reliable and successful delivery.
Primary carriers may include:
• FedEx
• UPS
• USPS
• other trusted regional or international carriers when necessary
Whenever available, shipments include tracking information so customers can monitor delivery progress once an order has shipped.
Carrier selection may vary depending on destination, package size, and shipping method selected at checkout.
Fragile Product Handling
Many DŪFLAMBÉ products—particularly luxury candle décor and sculptural wax centerpieces—are delicate handcrafted items.
DŪFLAMBÉ takes significant care when packaging products to help protect them during transportation. Protective materials and secure packaging methods are used to reduce the risk of damage while in transit.
However, once a shipment has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the handling and transportation of the package are outside the control of DŪFLAMBÉ.
Shipping Damage
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, customers should retain the original packaging materials and contact the shipping carrier promptly to report the issue.
Customers may also contact DŪFLAMBÉ for assistance in documenting the damage.
Damage that occurs while a package is in transit is typically the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Temperature & Environmental Conditions
DŪFLAMBÉ candle products are crafted from wax and may be sensitive to environmental conditions encountered during transportation.
Exposure to conditions such as:
• extreme heat
• freezing temperatures
• prolonged sunlight exposure
• severe weather events
may affect candle products during shipment.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, DŪFLAMBÉ is not responsible for product changes or damage caused by environmental conditions encountered during transportation.
Carrier Delays
Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to circumstances outside the control of DŪFLAMBÉ including:
• severe weather
• transportation disruptions
• high shipping volumes
• mechanical issues
• customs processing
• regional delivery interruptions
DŪFLAMBÉ is not responsible for carrier delivery delays once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier.
Transfer of Shipment Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.
Customers will receive tracking information when available so they can monitor delivery progress.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
DŪFLAMBÉ is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping costs resulting from:

• incomplete addresses
• address changes requested after shipment
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a shipment is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier to investigate the delivery status.
DŪFLAMBÉ is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.
Force Majeure
DŪFLAMBÉ shall not be liable for shipping delays or fulfillment interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to:
• natural disasters
• severe weather conditions
• transportation disruptions
• labor disputes
• supply chain interruptions
• government actions or restrictions
Retroactive Applicability
This Shipping Policy applies retroactively and prospectively to all orders placed with DŪFLAMBÉ from the inception of the business on November 11, 2022, through the present date and into the future.

DŪFLAMBÉ reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
Continued purchases from DŪFLAMBÉ constitute acceptance of the current version of this policy.
